A terrible experience. Ideas for the “custom” cake and cupcakes and attempts to talk/text about them were ignored. We consequently received a product that was very different to what we had in mind. On the phone, my wife was then accused of being a “nightmare”, just because she had called once and sent a few text in an attempt to discuss the details of the order.

We traveled to Rhode Island to celebrate by fiancé’s 30th birthday and I am so happy that I found Baked by Jessica to make him a cake. Not only was it BEAUTIFUL but it was SO DELICIOUS! What an absolutely gorgeous cake! We had such a wonderful experience with Jessica, from start to finish! She helped advise us with our cake decoration selection and she did a beautiful job making our cake a reality. The cake was so delicious too! Highly recommend!
