The Smoke-n-grill - Wall Township

The brisket was outstanding—slowly roasted to perfection and served on Texas toast. It was so juicy and delicious that I didn't even need to add any BBQ sauce.

I was searching for a restaurant in the Wall/Farmingdale area and stumbled upon this place right across from me. I ordered the "Punch in Mouth" sandwich, which was made with Baltimore Pit Beef and Texas Toast. It was excellent! The flavors were robust, and the beef was tender. They only had sweet sausage available at the time, but it was still delicious. The coleslaw added a nice zing to the sandwich, and the Texas Toast soaked up the juices perfectly without being so soft that it fell apart in my hands. It also came with a side of Ross Haut sauce, which complemented the sandwich beautifully. I will definitely be coming back!

I stopped by for a quick bite and had some BBQ. You absolutely have to try the St. Louis ribs! I ordered them along with the Texas toast, and they were fantastic! The wait time was short—less than 10 minutes.

Catered food for my husband's surprise party and it was a hit. We had brisket, ribs, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, and the potato salad. Everyone was raving about how savory and delicious the food was. The staff was amazing, the food was delivered on time, and they even helped me set it all up. I recommend Smoke-N-Grill to everyone and will definitely use them in the future.
