Applebee's Grill - Walla Walla

Fantastic service! Mia truly enhanced our experience. We returned to dine there while working because of their outstanding service and wonderful personality.

My server Trevor was awesome, food was great (other than my medium steak came out rare, but Trevor offered to fix that but I was hungry). Overall a very nice experience

My husband took me out to dinner on my birthday. We like sitting in the bar to eat. The Reindeer Punch cocktail was really good. We had the chicken and shrimp scampi skillet and was excellent. Just enough food that we didn't feel stuffed. Great service.

This review is specifically for our server, Jasmine. The food and drinks were enjoyable and met our expectations. However, what truly stood out was Jasmine's exceptional service. She provided our group with top-notch customer care, which is rare to find in a chain restaurant. She even took the time to acknowledge the young child in our group and went above and beyond to address a minor issue that didn't really need fixing. Applebee's should value her because amazing servers like Jasmine are a treasure, and any restaurant in Walla Walla would be fortunate to have her on their team.

Your service is top notch and food does not taste as it is mass-produced. One of our favorite places to relax and enjoy a great meal. Prices are very reasonable.
