The atmosphere alone puts this at 5 stars, with great lighting, views, seating, and water fixtures. My favorite was the thin layer of water that trickled down the wall. It had a great design and didn't add too much noise but still added a small white noise to the space. The wine and food were good as well. We had an assortment of wines, cheeses, and snacks and they were all pretty solid. I personally had the chickpea spread which was very savory and had a nice crunch with the nuts they added. I could have even used a bit more of the nuts as they really added to the texture. One of my other minor things I apprenticed was an entire wall of homemade condiments, pickled vegetables, jams, etc. pairing some of them with some wine would make a great gift!
This restaurant is a fantastic spot for both wine tasting and delicious food—definitely a must-visit! They have a sister winery in Spain, and we enjoyed tastings from both the Washington location and the Spanish winery, with both experiences being excellent. The food was outstanding as well, accompanied by beautiful views. The octopus was my favorite dish!
Incredible experience! I’m definitely considering joining her wine club for the Spanish wines. The food was outstanding—favorites were the tortilla de patata, croquetas, and the mushrooms with chorizo and crème fraîche; everything was so delicious. We definitely splurged on food! Plus, it was the first time I ever tried Tempranillo Blanco, and it was fantastic! And just look at that view!
We enjoyed a delightful tasting experience with tapas in a lovely setting that offered breathtaking views. The staff were friendly and well-informed. There’s no need to rush; take your time to savor the moment. I even found a perfectly sized paella pan for home use. It was a fantastic way to conclude our weekend getaway.
