Erin crafted the most beautiful cake for our wedding—it was truly a work of art, and we are still in awe of how amazing it turned out. Not only was it visually stunning, but it was also incredibly delicious. The two flavors we chose were perfectly balanced: coconut with passionfruit curd and hazelnut with chocolate ganache and salted caramel buttercream. The texture was wonderfully moist and dense. Additionally, Erin provided the most delightful salted chocolate chip cookies that I still find myself thinking about every day. Thank you, Erin!
