Wendy's - Walled Lake

They need to update their hours if they close before 10. I arrived with an online order that I had already paid for at 9:10 at the drive-thru, only to be rudely told, "we are closed," even though there were two cars at the windows. If we had already paid for our order, they should have fulfilled it if they were still assisting customers. It is disrespectful to have conflicting information online and on their signs that they close at 10.

Service at this restaurant is very sluggish. It seems like there is only one person in charge and taking care of everything.

We were disappointed to find that only half of our order was correct and we live too far away to return and have it fixed. I requested the fish sandwich without the dill tartar sauce, but it arrived drenched in tartar sauce when I opened it. Unfortunately, I had to discard it.

Loved it, but the line for drive through was long and my fries were not hot and crispy like advertised. Hamburger was good!

Pulled up to the drive through at 7:15. They close at 8. The staff was very rude in telling me they would not serve me when they did not close for another 45 minutes when it says on the building that the drive through closes at 8.
