This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The poke is amazing (and as someone from Hawaii, I can truly appreciate it!) But what really makes this place special are the people. They actually remembered my name, which is quite uncommon in California. Joseph and Trisha are wonderful; they're always quick, friendly, and the restaurant is consistently clean. And once again, the poke is unbeatable. The fish is fresh, the ingredients are delicious—it's simply the best poke spot around. I absolutely love it!

This neighborhood poke spot in Diamond Bar allows you to create your own bowls. They’re open during COVID for walk-ins, and you can conveniently order takeout online in advance. We tried three bowls, and they were satisfying without being overly heavy for lunch. The spicy tuna had a paste-like consistency, and the house spicy sauce lived up to its good reputation. I appreciated the variety of toppings available, including corn and crab meat. The fish was a bit on the cold side, as if it had been recently frozen, but it still tasted good. They surprised us with two complimentary mini donuts, which was a nice touch. They also offer ice macaron sandwiches and other entrée options. They accept credit cards, but there’s no free Wi-Fi available. Parking can be a challenge since the lot is relatively small, and currently, there is no dine-in option. Overall, it’s a great spot to grab some poke without having to venture too far in the area.

For the poke bowl, there are several options and combos, along with a variety of add-ins. Don’t miss out on the free miso soup; it’s a delightful treat that you won’t regret. The portion is generous, served in a small bowl, and the flavor is rich and satisfying. You can also personalize your dish with assorted options to suit your taste. The broth is flavorful without being overly salty, and the noodles are perfectly cooked, allowing them to absorb all that delicious broth. The place is small but impeccably clean—you can even smell the freshness of the cleaning products they use. They also serve dessert, including large, decadent ice macaroons with a variety of tempting flavors. Sometimes, a simple menu is the best approach, allowing the focus to remain on quality and flavor. For ramen enthusiasts, this spot is definitely worth a visit when you're in the area. You won’t leave disappointed; your bowl will be overflowing with flavor and satisfaction!
