Pearl Fish - Walsall

I have been to this restaurant a few times for a kebab, and I have been very impressed each time. The service is great and the kebab is delicious, especially the chicken tikka kebab served on a fresh and soft naan. The doner meat is also excellent - tender, warm, and not overcooked, with plenty of fresh salad. The restaurant is clean and the staff are polite. At only £6, it's a great value for the quality of food you receive.

I went to this restaurant on Wednesday, October 16th for some lunchtime fries. I would not return as they made me feel sick and also gave me incorrect change.

The food was just okay, but during my recent visit, I ordered chicken and chips and was disappointed to find that the chicken was pink. This definitely turned me off my meal. Additionally, the portion sizes are smaller compared to other nearby takeout places like Bob's Takeaway on Caldmore Road and Khan's across the street. Also, they charge extra for sauces like mayo and chili, which I find to be overpriced.

Best Quality Chicken, Meat and Chips. The chicken and Lamb are always Fresh and Top quality and taste delicious. This is the only chip shop that serves Fresh food in Walsall. I have been to many chippies where they have either old chicken that smell or old dried Chips. They are on top of the quality and Freshness. The downfall is Fish which is okay but not cod so the price is high for Fish.
