The White House - Walsall

Despite not having most of the main course items available on the menu on Wednesday night (28/6/23), which was disappointing, one staff member stood out and made up for it. It was a pleasant surprise to encounter someone who takes their job seriously and goes above and beyond to take care of customers. Siobhan was a delight and made our night enjoyable. I absolutely loved this place! The portion sizes were generous, and both the bartenders and servers were fantastic. It has become my children's favorite restaurant to eat at.

I waited a long time for my food, and when it finally arrived, it was just steak, chips, and onion rings. I was in need of a drink, but when I asked the waitress for a Pepsi, she said she only worked in the kitchen and there was a huge line at the bar. Unfortunately, I went without. When I paid, I inquired about the missing peas, fried onions, and mushrooms that should have been included in the steak dish. The girl behind the bar informed me that they had run out and apologized for not informing me earlier, even though she was the one who served me. I ended up paying full price for only half a meal. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant again.

Partners main food was very cold and deserts took 40mins to come, they were pretty quiet too so no excuse. And there was a hair on the side of my partner's dessert plate

Nice restraunt and seemed like a nice place to relax with a drink also, food was a little disappointing not having complete plate as written on menu and the mega mix grill was not mega for a big plate item it was a normal size at most other restraunts and missing several menu items. staff are great and quick to serve.
