Joe's Grill Cantina - Walsh

Maybe we caught them on a bad day. The tacos had very little meat and they weren’t very tasty. Service was good.

After a long weekend of baseball we decided to go hit Joe's. Well next time we might have to try another place. We were seated quickly, place was clean and our server took our drink order. This is where things derailed. We ordered drinks, the pitcher of margaritas was very weak. So we had to order shots to put in it. Waitress had to return to the table 2x to ask what type of tequila we ordered. When asked about certain dishes on the menu, she admitted she had not eaten much of the food from the menu. So she was no help when we had questions. Food order came in and wasn't correct. Some orders had been forgotten. Placed after most the table had received their food. What food was correct, tasted good. Waitress just had a lack of knowledge and wasn't very good.

Love going to Joe's! Great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. I've been going all the way back when it was Cuco's until now.

First time visiting Joe's last night. It was pretty empty for a Saturday night and we were glad! We ordered chicken nachos to share and a skillet brownie as well ahead of time. Waiter was very nice and attentive however he brought the ticket and no brownie. But I was stuffed so it worked out. Only cost is $8.75 to eat for two. No charges for our drinks, not alcoholic FYI.

So, we read the reviews before we came and it honestly said, it was just average. And my family was like well, we're going to try it anyway.... And exactly like the reviews said. It was average. The service was excellent. The food was meh at best. Except for the french fries the french fries were great!!!
