Bojangles - Walterboro

I had a disappointing experience at this Bojangles. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the biscuits were undercooked and tasted overly of baking soda, the french fries were also underdone, and the sweet tea was weak and not sweet at all. I've visited Bojangles locations in five different states, and I've never encountered such poor quality. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. The restaurant wasn't busy—there were only two cars in the drive-thru around 5:00 PM—so there should have been plenty of time to prepare fresh food. There's really no excuse for this.

It was a bustling Sunday in town, but Bojangles provided excellent service and delicious food for us to take home. My 10-year-old granddaughter enjoyed her meal without any complaints. The staff was friendly, and my order was perfect.

The pork chop biscuit sandwiches are back! I absolutely love this sandwich! It's just $3.79 or you can get the combo for $6.79. They always serve great biscuits, and the fried chicken has a fantastic batter coating. The slaw is also really tasty. There's plenty of parking available, and I definitely plan to return often. The staff is friendly and welcoming!

I like Bojangles but this location was horrible. My visit was on a Friday evening at 7:30pm, prime dinner time. But they were anything but ready for the dinner crowd. First, I had to go inside to order because I was told the drive through system wasn'tworking. OK, stuff happens, I can understand. After ordering (chicken sandwich combo), I waited quite some time while others whoordered after me came and went with their food. After talking with staff, it turns out they forgot about my order. Wow. Thenafter getting my food....it was well below standard of what I've got at Bonjangles before. The chicken in the sandwich waslukewarm, dry as a bone, and chewy. Nasty. Fries were way overcooked and crunchy too. But by then I was a couple miles down theroad. Wasn't about to go back. I've had MUCH better service and food at other Bonjangles locations. Never ever going back hereagain. I'd rather be hungry than eat there again. Two thumbs down.

Came inside and ordered food and everything was good. Co worker came in right after me and they stated they would be right with them. Then they told them it was drive through only. A few minutes later more customers came in and they waited on them. Youdon't get to choose which customers you want to wait on.
