I placed an order through the app and was informed that I needed to go inside for pickup, despite selecting the drive-thru option. Once I walked in, I was told they had run out of all side dishes except for mashed potatoes. When I asked for a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible because I had paid with Apple Pay. As a result, I ended up with four sides of mashed potatoes that I didn't want. To top it all off, I waited 30 minutes for my food, and when it finally arrived, the chicken was burnt. I won't be coming back here again.

Order a 12 family meal dark they gave me 8 white no strawberry biscuits wrong sides and then they. want answer the phone it has been 4 days who is going to hold on to old any longer

Terrible wait times for everything and the service is the worst. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you enjoy a frustrating experience. Also, ordering online is pointless and a waste of time and resources.

This was our first visit to this franchise, and after hearing positive comments, we were excited to give it a try since we usually go to Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, we found the chicken to be very greasy, overly fatty, and drippy—almost inedible. The biscuit roll was quite off-putting, tasting predominantly of yeast and flour. We were really disappointed, and it was also challenging to get clear explanations about the menu and receive good service from the staff behind the counter.
