Bidra med feedbackVery nice coffee. I love the toast so much. It is quite busy in lunch time better to arrive early
Top end of the city near the Exhibition Buildings can be a lonely place to work if you're a coffee snob.
The ambiance is great, the workers are all so nice, and the coffee is delightful! I was so grateful this place was right around the corner from my hotel so
This place is aptly named. We ordered the smaller of the 2 banquets & substituted the lamb rogan josh with spinach lamb. Even though we ordered the smaller banquet it was enough for 3 people! Entree of tandoori chicken & samosas was very tasty. For mains, the spinach lamb was delicious and the lamb pieces so tender. The butter chicken was rich & tasty with a real depth of flavour. The dal makhani was the stand out for us, so creamy on the palate & perfectly cooked. The saffron rice, raita & naans were also top quality & very tasty. All washed down with a cold crisp Kingfisher beer & a white wine. We'd forgotten dessert was included (gulab in syrup) & doubted we could fit it in, but it was so delicious & just the right amount that we made short work of it. It was the perfect way to finish a great meal. The staff were friendly & attentive & keen to make our night a great experience which they did. We like to sample as many Indian restaurants as we can in the region & we will come back to this one again for sure. Excellent cooking
Me and my family we are foodies recently visited flavours castle restaurant in belmont, we had three course meal. We have ordered mix grill for entree which took us by plesent surprise. The restaurant was very busy mostly with indian customers, i guess they were running out of lamb so they gave us sea food and extra chicken in our mixed grilk. The entree was extreely delicious with authentic taste. The chef apologized for not providing with lamb but it was not a bigs deal we had extra food given which is worth more that what we paid for.The entree was fantastic and i liked the humble and down to earth nature of the chef. For the main we had kerala checkin, butter chicken and malabare beef with breed and rice. We never tasted such beautiful and tasty indian dishes. We ended our night with dessert. I would give 10/10 for the food we had, it was a busy night so naturally the service is bit slow but it was worth waiting. Not to mention the ambiance of the restaurant it looks authentic and gorgeous. As I mentioned earlier the restaurant is packed with indians and aussies but mostly indians this gave me a positive impression about the authenticity of the food served. Over all we fell in love with this little restaurant I will definitely go again.i would rate this restaurant 9/10
