Hungry Jacks - Wandana Heights

I often go to this Hungry Jacks every week or two, and the food and service are always top-notch. I'm really pleased that they now have plant-based burgers here. Today, I was feeling a bit down, but the staff here were extremely friendly and polite, which lifted my spirits. The people working the drive-through had a really positive energy. Thanks, guys!

The service at Hungry Jacks in Waurn Ponds was terrible. When our group of 16 people arrived and placed our orders at the counter, we were told that the last 6 orders could not be completed because they were out of veggie patties and veggie cheeseburgers. There were not many options left and the counter staff had a bad attitude when trying to suggest alternatives.

I was extremely impressed with my experience at this restaurant. I have been a customer at Hungry Jacks for over 30 years, and this particular visit was by far the best in terms of food quality and cleanliness. The service was prompt and friendly, and I was greeted by a female staff member who was cleaning tables as soon as I walked in. The shop had a fresh and clean smell. The burger I had was the best I have ever tasted, and the chips were excellent as well. Before leaving, I made sure to congratulate the staff on their exceptional work. Overall, my visit to this store was amazing, and it far exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Hungry Jacks is Hungry Jacks no problems here for fast food, allways clean and friendly will be back.

The male manager’s smile and greeting at this HJ always draws me back. That and great value fast whoppers. Reliable and a quick calorie hit on busy work days.
