Franco Manca Balham - Wandsworth

We were greeted by the most friendly waitress who made our entire group feel at ease. Before I left, she gave me a compliment that made me feel appreciated, prompting me to write this review. It's always a great experience to encounter servers who are genuinely nice. The service she provided was exceptional throughout the meal, especially considering we requested a table late in the evening, which can be challenging to accommodate. The waitress who served our table of 6, including two vegan pizzas, at around 10:00pm on Friday, July 12th, was incredibly kind and deserves recognition for her outstanding service.

Fantastic pizza restaurant in Balham with welcoming and attentive staff, even during peak hours. The food is delicious, and there is a great variety of wines to choose from.

We have been frequenting this restaurant for some time, but regrettably, the quality of service has deteriorated. The staff no longer make eye contact, resulting in long waits for a table, to place an order, or receive our bill. Despite this, they still expect a service charge. Very disappointing. We will not be returning.

Gio looked after me this evening. Very friendly, polite and professional. Very pleased and I will be again soon for another enjoyable relaxed evening with great food. Thanking you all
