Its a race to eat a cone before it gets all over you. Drippy, runny soft serve, clearly going to be an issu, just walking out the door. I now seem to recall being an issue last time

Overpriced ice cream bad customer service. Ordered a large soft serve and it came out a lot less than the sizing shown. When I payed I was charged my ice cream and another ice cream. When asked about the sizing they told me that the large was large when it clearly isnt

On 3 different occasions this Summer and Fall, I ordered Chocolate soft serve cones and on all 3 occasions got back soupy, melted and in cold cones. I was told by Owner/Manager that machine is old and it comes out that way sometimes. Never once offered my money back for the 6 cones but one time did offer a new cone? Same problem so what?s the point. Bad customer service. Disappointed and ruined brand new bicycle shirt with soupy ice cream. THANKS

This shop is clean and well-stocked with grab-and-go items that you can pick up and pay for quickly. The staff has always been polite, friendly, and helpful. This particular location is my go-to place when I need an ice cream birthday cake.

The customer service was disappointing. We frequently order cakes from this place. Today, we went in to order a cake for my daughter's birthday and brought a picture to be copied onto it. We understood it was short notice since we needed it for the next day. The owner said it wouldn't be a problem but mentioned that next time we should give more notice, which we agreed to. Suddenly, the owner's son, a young kid, came out from the back and stated that if it were up to him, he wouldn't do it. The owner tried to reassure him that we were good customers.
