Bidra med feedbackI was at the Pita Bar last Sunday, the food was excellent. Really close to Greek cuisine. We had gyro, pork and chicken souvlaki the MOST delicious pork souvlaki I had ever had in NY! Greek salad and hand-cut frits. The zucchini and Falafel were great. Very friendly stuff and the store was very clean for Gyro Square; The service was fast and the prices were completely affordable. RECOMMENDATIONS!!!
Very good chicken and pork skewers, and falafel, house sauce is good ,so is tzaziki and hummus
The food is delicious and incredibly affordable, making it ideal for a quick bite or a casual meeting. The fries are exceptionally fresh and flavorful—definitely a must-try! The service is friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that I wish there were more seating available, as it can get busy. Be prepared for a wait or to place a takeout order.
I went out tonight for the first time at this restaurant, and it definitely won't be my last visit. I ordered the chicken with sauce and the beef.
We started with fried zucchini and tzatziki, which was excellent. I was worried it might arrive soggy after a 10-minute drive, but it came out perfect—absolutely delicious! The spanakopita was also very enjoyable. I had the spicy burger, while my wife opted for the gyro wrap, and both were cooked to perfection. Everything was incredibly tasty. The French fries were freshly cut, not the frozen kind you often find at fast-food Greek spots. Even the oregano on the fries was freshly ground! I also ordered a falafel sandwich to try something a bit different, and it did not disappoint—I'll definitely be having that for lunch tomorrow. I apologize for the lengthy review, but I was quite impressed. To top it all off, our entire meal was delivered for under $50, and everything arrived hot and fresh, despite being a short distance away. I wish Pita Bar great success; they truly deserve it!
