I have been to every Dunkin' donuts in Springfield and this is by far the worst you can tell these people don't care about their jobs and don't want to be there every time I get coffee from there it's a different color and I ordered the same exact thingevery time food is always cold and croissants are hard

Crispy chicken sandwich was good. Real chicken breast and juicy. Most of the time it's a descent meal here for a fast food. Only issue I've had the past couple times I've gone, They haven't been giving me the sauce for my chicken nuggets that I've asked for.

I ordered my coffee to go and still had to wait 10 minutes for it. I arrived after others who received their coffee before me. When I spoke to the manager about this frustrating experience, I found him to be disrespectful and inconsiderate. It's not appropriate for a manager or assistant manager to argue with a customer, yet that's exactly what happened. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. Service: Dine-in.
