Bidra med feedbackI absolutely love a great Subway, and this location does not disappoint. It's an amazing Subway just a stone's throw from my home. If I had a billion dollars, I would happily eat here every day! I highly recommend the Pizza Italian Herbs Footlong, toasted with sauce and a mix of cheeses. I usually add lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and pickles, along with some jalapeños for an extra kick. Don't forget to top it off with garlic aioli and 1000 Island dressing!
The order itself was straightforward, and the only reason I would consider returning is to speak directly with the owner about my experience and the staff member. It seems like either the work environment is too stressful for her or she has been there for far too long. P.S. This is my first time ever writing a complaint on Google, so I hope it carries some weight.
I wanted to add beetroot to my order, but I was told I couldn't because I had to wait for the meal to be prepared. I'm left wondering why it was said to follow "subway rules."
I understand that mistakes can happen, but our recent orders from Subway have either been incomplete or the food has arrived soggy and unappetizing. When I called to address the issue, I was greeted with an impersonal, "Hallo," rather than a friendly, "Hi, thank you for calling Subway." I explained the missing items, and they said they would prepare them for pickup. However, I informed them that we were in quarantine and couldn't leave the house. The response I received was that no one could drive, which I emphasized wasn't my problem; they needed to find a solution. I was told, “We can sort something out; we will try.” They took my number and assured me they would call back, which they did two minutes later, claiming they had arranged for delivery, which should arrive soon. We live just six minutes away. However, after 50 minutes without any delivery, I called back and found myself in a frustrating situation again. After identifying myself, I waited to hear about the delivery but was abruptly informed that I was told they couldn’t deliver the missing items. Throughout the 50-minute wait, I had received no communication regarding this, and by the time I called back, everyone in the house had eaten, while my son was still without dinner. I don’t consider myself unreasonable, but the lack of professionalism demonstrated by Subway Warnbro is appalling. I won’t be spending my money here again, nor would I recommend it to others. If I could offer a suggestion to the franchise owner, it would be to train their staff not only in customer service but also in proper order processing. Even a monkey could have provided better service than what I experienced today. It’s a shame there isn’t an option for zero stars, as they don’t even deserve one!
My package was delicious. staff very friendly and helpful.
