We have visited Menchie’s several times and never been disappointed!! The staff are always so pleasant! The yogurt always taste amazing with great toppings! The shop and restroom is well maintained which is always important to me. The kids especially loved the ginormous connect 4 game on the patio!
It was our first visit to this restaurant, and the friendly cashier guided us through the process and explained everything we needed to know. They provided sample cups for us to try. This place is definitely a paradise for yogurt lovers! Everything is weighed, and the cost typically comes to around $5 plus tax if you don’t overload your cup.
The frozen yogurt here is absolutely amazing, and the customer service is even better! A huge thank you to Lauren for making my first experience with froyo such a delightful one!
I've been here twice, and both times the customer service was excellent. The yogurt is delicious and the desserts are reasonably priced.
