As a tourist, I had never been to Waffelhaus before. We arrived on a busy night due to a large high school graduation event. Jules went above and beyond to ensure that my group received everything we ordered and checked in on us multiple times! I was really impressed with the exceptional customer service, especially considering how hectic it was.

Saw the waffle house sign on the way home from soccer practice with two hungry kids. The kids meals were loaded with eggs, toast, hash browns, and sausage. The All-Star special hit the spot as always, especially with the pecan and peanut butter chip waffle. The service was extraordinarily fast and the staff was friendly and humorous. We'll definitely be back!
