Dunkin' - Warren

I'm giving a 5 becuase of the service and it was very clean . I wanted to give a 2 to the young lady making drinks who spoke to the person in the tye die crocks. You made the energy in the room no where near positive. Speak to people the way you wantto be spoken to. I heard you speak to coustomers nice But co workers are just as important.. every day is a training day! Themanager was very kind. Sorry I didn't catch any names.

Me and my friends just got drinks and honestly I've had really bad experiences with dunkin lately but this one has redeemed almost the entire corporation for me (even tho dunkin co got rid of my favorite flavor). Thank you guys so much our drinks taste*chefs kiss*

I came back to my hometown to visit and went to my favorite Dunkin Donuts tonight and was greeted by two beautiful young ladies who was Amazing! I asked names there because I wanted them to receive recognition. So here is to Tierra and Kasia hoping that I wrote names right there. they were so friendly and accommodating to me and helped me figure out this whole mobile order thing. Thank you ladies and thanks Dunkin’!

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The bagels were burnt and difficult to chew, and the hash browns not only looked burnt but also had a strange smell. The girl at the register was nice, but when I mentioned my concerns to the woman cooking my food, she became rude. I was given another hash brown, but instead of the six I ordered, I only received three, and they were still burnt and smelled off. Overall, it was very disappointing.
