Dined in with my family of 4..The food was delicious...HOWEVER, what they dont tell you is thr hidden fees. Theres a 20% GRATUITY attatched to each person check..ALSO, its an xtra $5.00 jus to pay with a cc or debit card...This is NOT posted on the menus or ANYWHERE in the facility...i wasnt made aware until i recieved my bill..Ended up paying an extra $40.00 jus for gratuity.....How about you pay your workers s higher salary and not force us in gratuity...wont be back..UNACCEPTABLE

The food is always good. I had the Catfish Sandwich. The fish was extra crunchy, the fries were delicious. I would like for them to build up staffing for the Sunday lunch rush but that's the only gripe. I placed an order here today and went to go pick my food up planning on being in and out since I called it in and it was takeout. The food was ready when I arrived. However, When I went to go pay for my food which I was paying cash for I was told I would have to pay with someone else cause she only took card payments so I asked the bartender were was the lady after waiting 10 mins were was the lady she kept saying she was coming which is very unacceptable and bad customer service!. Food was probably cold by now. After waiting 20 mins for the lady she comes out with the owner of the restaurant. Me another lady was finally able to pay for our food . I told the owner about situation and that could we a discount for the wait and inconvenience he didn't even apologize or nothing and still charged us full price for some cold food. This is why people don't want to support black owned businesses because the customer service is bad and they never wanna admit when they're wrong and that was VERY WRONG VERY UNACCEPTABLE!. I don't plan on eating here anymore. They really have to do better.

Attended a private birthday celebration. The cat fish, parmesan chicken, roast beef, brown rice, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, and rolls were superb. The ice tea, lemonade, cake and cup cakes were awesome. Parking: Didn't have a parking issue. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking options: Free parking lot
