I ordered the pizza from the website and was given a 64 minute wait time. The order was apparently ready in less than 20 minutes but I did not receive any notification. When I got to the store I saw pizza dough sitting in a container on the floor and both line employees looked like they had been rolling in the pizza dough their uniforms were that dirty. When I explained my irritation with the cook time I was informed it was automated and there was nothing that could be done. I have worked for pizza places in the past and those automated times are set by management. So I paid 50$ for lukewarm pizza. This location needs a serious staff change or it will fail. I placed an order and when it was delivered it was burnt around the edges, the pizza wasn’t even cut and to add too that the garlic butter they sent was opened and had ran all over the box. I called and spoke to the manager and she said she would give me credit on my order and when I called today they said they had no record of it. See the pictures. I spent $62.00 dollars and they act like it was nothing.
