Bidra med feedbackI ordered a meal last night, and when it got delivered, there was sweet-and-sour sauce had come open and spilt everywhere and the barbecue ribs sauce had spilt everywhere and the bag was in a proper mess, his reply, you can still eat it, just wipe it clean. The attitude of the manager was disgusting. First of all. He took the blame and said he drove too fast and then afterwards he blamed me and said the food was fine when he delivered it. So number one it’s a terrible company number to the manager is a disgusting liar and does not deserve business from the public until he knows how to deal with the public, I will never go to this disgusting Chinese again Regards Dr Jeff Morris
Food was absolutely terrible, swimming in grease, to the point it all went In the bin as inedible. Trying to get hold of them is awful to to ask for money back, they never answer. Tell you the delivery will half a hour, hour and a half later still not arrived. Terrible food, terrible service. Never again.
We regularly order from Happy Nest and always find the food good and the service quick. We sometimes collect and sometimes g hg see it delivered and the service is always good however we order.
I ordered from here today, the food was horrible and most of it was inedible... I found a hair in my duck which was fatty by the way, I ordered salt and pepper chips but I got normal chips which were horrible. I will never be eating from here again
Worst service ever! Ordered online and paid by card on Saturday 4th April 2020. Received email confirmation at 7.03pm which advised meal will be delivered by 7.50pm 8.18pm My first call of the evening to Happy Nest to enquire where my meal was. Michael confirmed it was on it’s way and would be 10minutes. 8.50pm Still no delivery so I call again. This time Michael advises that they missed my order so guarantee it will be with my by 9.30pm. How is this possible when you told me 30minutes ago it had left your restaurant and was with the driver?? 9.31pm By this point we have been waiting 2 hours and there is still no sign of delivery. I call again, to be told it will be with me within 5 minutes. 9.53pm Guess what, still no delivery! I call again and finally get to speak to Trevor, the owner of the restaurant. He apologies for the slight delay (it was over 3 hours!! and will immediately transfer 50% of the money back to me. I still haven’t received my refund but as a new customer to Happy Nest I can clearly tell you don’t rush yourselves, so I could be waiting a while for a refund....... 10.04 Our food finally arrives, 3 hours after ordering through your website and 2 hours later than my delivery time that you confirmed in my email confirmation. The order wasn’t complete, food was missing. I emailed you to advise this?? I completely understand the current situation must be difficult for small businesses to survive and provide a professional service, but we are trying to support local, independent businesses. Everyone deserves a better service than what you offer. Truly disgusting and extremely disappointed. Please think before using this takeaway!!
