Bidra med feedbackThe staff at this restaurant was excellent. They were able to accommodate my daughter's dietary restrictions of gluten, egg, and milk by preparing a separate meal for her in the kitchen during dinner. For breakfast, we brought our own food, but they did offer gluten-free cornflakes and soy and oat milk (although we are not sure if the oat milk was gluten-free as we brought our own).
Two servers initially told me they were not familiar with what celiac meant, but later returned and informed me that they could remove any gluten-containing ingredients from the dish. Unfortunately, I had already gotten sick earlier in the day after eating supposedly gluten-free chips from a chip shop stand at Warwick castle (which turned out to not be gluten-free). I didn't want to risk spending a night camping feeling unwell, so I decided not to eat at the restaurant. I didn't feel safe consuming their food.
The themed meal at the medieval village is a communal feast. The gluten-free choice was presented on its own platter with a variety of selections. The food was tasty, with the vegetables, pork, and chicken all being delicious. The entire family greatly enjoyed the meal.
