Sicilian Pizza - Warwick

SHOCKING! Avoid. I order from Sicillian Pizza on Sunday. I have placed several orders with this restaurant in the past with no issues however yesterday I placed my order, and it did not arrive. I phoned the restaurant, and they were adamant that the food was picked up by an uber eats driver and delivered, well it was not and I was very disappointed with the way they handled the situation as they refused to believe me that food never arrived and the uber eats driver lied to them saying he had delivered it! Then, the uber easts driver arrives at my house with the manager of the restaurant on the phone, blatantly lies to her on the phone saying he has been to this property and walks off, I have never experienced anything like this blatantly lying to my face and he knows he had not been to my property, it was staggering. The restaurants customer service was appalling and uber eats are aware of this. Avoid at all costs.

Utterly usefulness customer service, gave me four boxes of tiny pizzas for what I ordered (a single Margherita and a single haiiwain).

If I could rate a 0 I would Food was stone cold, chips as hard and dry as a camels tongue. Half the order missing when we called were spoken to rudely and accused of lieing by the shop staff. Spoke to delivery driver and he admitted the missing part of order was still in his car. No apology asked for a refund they agreed and told us to pop into the shop but declined a refund and were very unprofessional and disgustingly rude.

Mandeep was a true pleasure! Excellent food, even better delivery driver, beyond kind and polite! The food was amazing! It was super hot even after it arrived for a substantial amount of time!

We ordered 2 x Haddock and 1 chips £15 frozen chips and fish and my plate was dotted with black embers presumably from someone else’s meal. Once bitten twice shy, absolute ripoff. Never again.
