6 of us met here for lunch on Sunday 20th . Highly recommend eating here all 6 of us said one of the best roasts we have had in a long time .

We had a superb roast beef lunch with great beer and wine. Very good value, friendly staff and a good atmosphere. A hidden gem and one that never fails to please. A real pub with character and soul

The staff couldn’t be more friendly, we went to 5 different places across leamington and nobody would let us in because we were students but the town house treated us so well and were so friendly would totally recommend

We were visiting Leamington on a Wednesday evening de to COVID, many places are not open. We found the Town house was open enjoyed a delicious burger pizza. The social distancing the pub had created was great there was still a good atmosphere.
