Mikko Nordic Fine Food - Washington

Cozy place with awesome cocktails! They do a pretty good happy hour daily 4-7pm. There food is very interesting… worth giving it a try! I got the North Star w/o simple syrup

Charming patio off the sidewalk. Not too crowded, so the service was really prompt. The chicken schnitzel is filling and delicious, highly recommend. I might come back to do a glass of wine with the mousse to split, it was a decent sized appetizer with lots of little chips.

I had to write a review when I found out about their breakfast. One Sunday morning, I wanted to avoid typical pastries or brunch places, and we walked about an hour in the neighborhood. I was so pleased from the moment I entered its small counter space surrounded by exotic snacks and goods, the display of their breakfast sandwiches was just stunning. It made our breakfast experience just like a little trip far away.

Nordic drinks and food place. Not bad, not extremely good. Chocken schnitzel is good. Long drink is gin based, it is OK as well. Prices are reasonable..

Mikko is a small Nordic cafe but holy moly do they have big flavor! We had an amazing raclette plate and soups with grilled cheese. Would highly recommend Mikko to anyone who wants a filling and delicious meal!
