Panera Bread - Washington

I literally explained how I want my sandwich and this is how it came. I asked for over easy eggs, spinach and avocado but nope they messed my order?

I usually get the 20z but they always give me the smaller size, delay the order and then ‘redo it’ and it doesn’t taste fresh! Today they did the same, delayed my order by 15 mins and I was already late for a meeting so I didn’t recheck but they then got the order wrong again- no foam or caramel drizzle plus they just poured from the smaller cup to the bigger one lol

The classic panera experience. There are lots of different options to eat and drink. The place is spacious and bright. Coffees is average, not bad. Service is not fast.

Horrible. I ordered food and went to pick up before closing. Once I arrived they had closed early. A guy came to the door and said we are closed. I just but I just placed an order. He went in the back and brought it out to me. I ordered a large soup. They gave me soup in a large container, but only filled it halfway. So it was deceiving. I paid for a large, but got a small. And the bread could have been used as hammer it was so hard. Will NOT go here again. Do NOT recommend.
