This restaurant is a hidden gem in Anacostia. The jerk chicken is incredibly tasty, and their sauce is top-notch. I highly recommend trying the plantains as a side dish; they are expertly prepared and truly outstanding. While the dining area may not be impressive, the quality and affordability of the food will certainly make up for it.

I absolutely love this place! It's truly a hidden gem! As someone who was born and raised in Jamaica, I really enjoyed the food. The staff was incredibly friendly to my friends and me, and the concept is both clever and amusing, especially in Washington, D.C. I highly recommend it!

I visited this restaurant for the first time on yesterday (April 5th). The curry chicken, rice and peas, and cabbage was delicious. They give you a nice portion of food for a lunch special. The beef patty was great as well. I will definitely visit them again. The customer service was excellent.
