Server was badly prepared. had to come back twice to confirm the order and get the order wrong and he would disappear between taking beverage orders, apps and entree and take our payment.

We’ve been here before and it was fantastic. Our server this time was lovely and friendly, but they were clearly understaffed. It took 30 minutes to even get water on the table. It was 8:45pm when we got any food, our reservation was at 7:30. We had to ask for silverware and napkins, which he had to “go find.” It took ages to get a check and close out. We felt awful for our server who was trying his best, but overall it was a poor experience this time. I really hope it was an off night for them. We had really enjoyed it in the past.

Visiting from out of town. Right near the hotel, we will be going back before we leave.

Brunch buffet was great and lots of choices. Super packed place. The plates that were available on the table were dirty.

I was disappointed this visit. Waay too much time between apps and dinner and they didn’t check to clear app plates before dinner and they didn’t come and check if we needed drinks. Bummer no beer or donuts or beignets either. Fries were cold. Just disappointed because I always love this place
