I don't typically leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for this restaurant. It's quite expensive, closes at 7 on Thursdays, and their bathroom is not well-maintained. I would rate it 0 out of 10 stars and recommend spending your money elsewhere.

My friends and I heard of the great happy hour offers here and decided to go this week. at the arrival, however, was a line to order at the bar at the door and no hostess or additional employees were to be seen. we had a reservation and couldn't even find someone who told them we arrived. they had a sign to put themselves, although there is no communication about the acquisition of drinks/food or where to go when they have a reservation. I would like to come back and try this place, but we left after the line to come in, not moved at all.

Came during happy hour and the place was extremely short staff and then the bartender served all their drinks before me, although I ordered them clearly. the food was decent, but the customer service was terrible will not recommend.

I visited toro toro for happy hour and made the reservation over opentable, but there was no point, because once we were there, we were told that all commands had to be placed on the bar. we waited for our orders at the bar for over 20 minutes. the guacamole was worth waiting, but the rest of the menu items were not. we also had to return to the bar to get our own food. while the prices were reasonable and that guac was exceptional, the rest of the experience was not.

Had reservations and never got seated. Turns out it’s only a happy hour spot and you wait in a long line even with reservations to order a drink and then find your own seat. There was at least 5-6 other groups or couples that ended up leaving just as we did. There was absolutely no one there to great you and explain this. Instead I waisted 30 minutes trying to figure it out. When I tried calling, there was no answer or information. Truly one of the most bizarre ways I have had horrible service or no service!
