Trio Bistro - Washington, D.C.

We sat right away and that was about the gang. We were sitting there for five minutes and nobody came over others than offering us water. We finally decided to get up and go to another local kitchen that we knew we would enjoy. This is very unusual for Trio, as it was always a cornerstone for us in DC.

Great for big groups. Eat. Appropriately expensive. Bottomless mimosas super.

Trio was okay. The mimosas were heavy on the orange juice, but for $16 what can you expect. The service was pretty bad. Our server walked away in the middle of us talking to him twice and he brought the wrong drinks to our table many times. Tip was included in the total, so he should be grateful for that.

This duo loves Trio! A fun and inviting restaurant with great outdoor seating and a yummy menu. We live in DuPont and never hesitate to pop into Trio for a quick drink or a nice meal. Definitely worth the stop, as there is something for everyone on the menu! They also have awesome brunch deals :
