Starbucks - Washougal

It was super busy and the clerk had some issues with my transaction processing, thus making for a longer wait but she gifted me my coffee, corrected the transaction and all is well. I stop in here a few times a year while visiting family and it's always exactly what it should be.

I don't understand,... for the amount of money a latte cost.. it is NEVER consistent. This morning it once again tastes burnt...

Is the cup half empty or half full? Either way, for $6.46 I expected it to be full to the rim.

1). I've had 3 drinks made wrong that I didn't realize until well on our way down the road.2). It took 11 minutes to get my coffee today!!! They took care of drive through and called in orders before serving walking.We have been long time customers here but are thinking of changing. The new management isn't doing a good job at all.

They are usually nice at this location, but today after making a simple request at the window the girl with curly brown red-ish hair rolled her eyes as she walked away. She already sounded in a mood at the speaker. The guy at the window was nice, but she was not. I know we have our bad days, but don't project it onto the customers. Thought Starbucks was going to be a pick me up, but only made my day slightly worse. Thank you.
