Cadillac Cafe - Wasilla

I ordered the halibut with fries, and it was really disappointing. For $15, I expected a better meal, but I couldn't even eat it. It was a Tuesday night, and the restaurant wasn't busy. What happened?

I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend visiting to try their amazing dishes and delicious cakes!

Every item on your menu ranges from good to excellent. While it is a bit on the expensive side, the quality of the food justifies the prices. However, I wish there were more comfortable seating options for larger individuals. The overall dining experience can be affected when the only seating available is not comfortable. They could benefit from a larger space.

I love their food from halibut tacos to salmon chowder they have so many good things to eat definitely recommend them.

Total awesomeness. I ordered a bacon cheddar burger. It was a hand-made fresh 1/3# burger loaded with gobs of hot melted cheddar cheese and a nice pile of thick crisp bacon, accompanied by fresh cut fried real potatoes. The iced tea was fresh, dark brewed real tea (not instant) just like I like it too. The waitress was a sweetheart who provided the best service of probably anywhere I've ever been. She had a great attitude and there was nothing she wouldn't get to make your visit a happy one. I will make a point of stopping here anytime I get in this area.
