Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Wasilla

Everytime we come here food is cold and ice-cream is melting all over before handed into the car. When asked what blizzard is what I was told I don't know. Won't be back. When we asked for a receipt we got told they couldn't give us one.

Very dirty smelling inside. Like the place needs a good cleaning. Service is very slow. My blizzard was only 3/4 full. My second blizzard was almost full. See picture. Very expensive for such a small amount. The bottom half of the blizzard wasn't even mixed, just had vanilla ice cream in the bottom half.

The food is good but the service is lacking. 2 employees stood on their cellphones at the drive thru and let a third I assume was kitchen staff do all the work. They didn't hand my drinks out as usual because they were sitting texting on the phone, didn't label the drink flavors or even attempt to tell us which drink was which. Briefly complained to the manager who was nice but also obviously allowing this type of behavior. After leaving I found 1 of the blizzards had a hole in the bottom because they had shoved the stirring device through it. Food is good but the staff is taking advantage of the owner at this point. Standing on your phone at work is unacceptable anywhere I have ever been...especially standing where your customers can see you being lazy. 8/24/23 7pm store was slow and still poor service

Can you give zero stars!? This is the worst DQ ever. I honestly would not have come here, but my husband wanted a blizzard and the app said he could pick it up inside. Doors locked- had to use the drive through which I already knew would take forever because the drive through is my reason for never coming here! We sat in line for over 20 minutes! Now I know I will never use the Wasilla DQ again. And I am not blaming the young people that work there! I am blaming the shitty management of this place.

Server was rude ish. Fries were old, but my chicken was delicious. Mystery hole in counter covered with a serving tray. Ominous odor emitted when moved.
