Sonic Drive-in - Wasilla

Can’t give a review as me and my friends walked in and then pressed black button as requested. Then we proceeded to stand in the empty dining room while the crew that worked there stood in the back talking and not even coming out to see what we needed. For 10 minutes, we stood in there waiting for help. Nothing. There was no one in the drive thru or the dining room. No wonder it’s empty, customer service was horrible.

Went to order and all I was told was we aren’t doing this we aren’t doing that. Like what are you doing so I can know if I need to go to a different location to get food. Or maybe if your not doing anything then change the hours of operation so people know when you are actually doing something.

Why do I even bother coming to this location? Waiting to go through the drive-thru is painfully slow and carhop service is just as slow with unfriendly staff. Plus I have yet to get a food order correct from them.

It’s so great to be near a Sonic again! The food is good and the servers are nice. It’s more like a modern Sonic since it’s newer, but sometimes the wait is a little long.
