I placed an online order through the wing-day app, where I chose lemon boneless wings. When I picked up my order, I spoke with Tracey on the phone, and unfortunately, she was rude and unhelpful. She tried to explain that only classic wings were available, but I pointed out that the online system had allowed me to make a selection. She then mentioned that they would take the system down to fix it, but that didn’t resolve my issue. If she can't communicate effectively with customers, she shouldn't be answering the phone. Furthermore, I just tried placing another order, and the option for boneless wings is still available for the free wings, which indicates there’s an inconsistency. Overall, I expect much better customer service, and I was disappointed by the subpar experience I received. This isn’t acceptable.
I arrived at around 9:34, and although the restaurant's website stated it would be open until 10:30, we found it closed. The cashiers were sitting idly and appeared unprofessional. I don't think I'll be returning to Wing Stop.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It was filthy, and the customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. The employees were unprofessional, scratching their heads and then handling the food and takeout boxes meant for customers. I've never witnessed anything like it. I ended up leaving in complete disgust.
TO MANAGER PLEASE! I got interrupted by the need for peeing and when I asked staff on the register if they have a restroom they said NO. So it doesn?t matter how much dollars you spent for just chicken HERE.. Although I paid the full price of my order I got a lack of service . PLEASE BUILD YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PAYING THE COST OF MAINTAINING A RESTROOM.
