Chili's Grill - Waterbury

I like to do lunch w/the girls here. They have a great lunch menu that?s reasonable I love their blackberry margarita! Just ordered for curbside lastnight it was great! Good burgers all hot! They never disappoint!

This is one of mine and husbands favorite!! free chips and salsa everytime yum !!! the deals here are cheap and yummy !! we love the texas cheese fries , street corn , boneless wings burgers quesadillas amazing try them if somethings wrong complain theywill fix it everywhere makes mistakes it?s how they handle it that counts

I placed a straightforward order, specifically requesting no mustard on my burger. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice it was included until I got home with my to-go order. I also asked for a side of ranch twice, but the staff passed by me three more times without fulfilling my request. I never received the ranch and nobody checked on me afterward. After paying at the kiosk, I left without being offered dessert or any further assistance.

1. The service has significantly declined, especially recently. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place because it often feels like the staff is unwilling to take your order, and it takes an eternity to get it done. 2. They are incredibly slow, even two to three hours before closing time. It feels like they don’t want to serve you if you arrive around 9 PM. 3. The floors are really dirty and in need of attention. They should invest some time to either clean, fix, or at least paint them. 4. Some staff members always seem to have a scowl on their face, especially in the evenings. 5. I miss the chili dishes they used to offer before the pandemic. It feels like management has changed completely, and the overall experience has suffered as a result. I wish I could give more than one star, but I won't until improvements are made.

Our waitress, Tonya, was fantastic as always. I can't emphasize enough how hard the staff works to ensure customers are happy. However, the quality of the food has declined, with fewer menu options and smaller portions. I used to be able to save half of my meal for lunch the next day, but that's no longer an option, and it just isn't worth it.
