Bidra med feedbackI ordered food online for delivery and did not receive my entire order. I tried calling the restaurant for an hour with no answer. To make matters worse, the delivery drivers left my food outside on the steps instead of on the porch as I requested. This is the second bad experience I have had in a row and I will not be returning. It should not be so difficult to receive what I paid for and to have someone answer the phone. Additionally, the owner, Steve, blamed the delivery service for the mistake and did not offer to make it right. I paid for an order that was not fulfilled completely, and the lack of care from the restaurant is unacceptable.
The food was fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the restaurant was spotless!
I went to The Loaf on West Main for a meal. I ordered a chicken salad, but the chicken in it was spoiled. I contacted the restaurant and an older man told me to return it, which I did. When I got there, he refunded my money but accused me of lying. He was very disrespectful. I used to enjoy their chicken salad but now I won't be going back. It's a shame I can't give them a zero star rating.
The owner, an older gentleman called steve was extremely rude for the people before me, and for me too. this included fun at my order, as well as screaming at the staff and the people before me, only terrible service.
Girl on the intercom clearly asks me if american is okay, i say yes. i come home, no cheese. now i’m just mad and hungry like why would u do this to me.
