Wow... what a hidden gem! Having grown up in a house with a chef, I was fortunate to enjoy exquisite food and unique flavors. The Tuscan Tomato Soup and the Mediterranean Vegetable Wrap really hit the spot! A special thanks to Shaunak and his team, Chef Martin and our lovely server, Jesse. Symposium Cafe Restaurant and Lounge in Hamilton is definitely on my list of places to revisit the next time I'm in the area!

Save your money and choose another place! We waited over an hour and a half for our food before we finally decided to leave. I have two toddlers and asked multiple times if they could at least bring out their meals or some fries to keep them occupied. The waiter was very kind, but she was the only one attending to the floor, which shows that management is either not planning properly or unwilling to help out themselves. Just save yourself the hassle and go to a restaurant that can actually serve your food in a timely manner for dinner!

Delicious lunch, attentive staff, Taylor was a great server and nice relaxing time. Haven't been here in a while, it's worth checking out again.
