Bidra med feedbackThe woman at the drive-thru had poor customer service skills, which made for an unpleasant experience. There was a long line that seemed to move very slowly. The only notable part of my visit was when I requested no mayo, and one of the staff informed me that it was actually royal sauce and asked if I still wanted it on my sandwich.
I can't comment on the personal, but they only had 2 people working on a busy Friday night. it took 10 minutes a car to order so that the whole line had to leave again from the drive thru line and leave. seriously understated, but even with 2 people it was ridiculously slow.
I went through the drive-thru, and the woman at the window had blood dripping down her arm. I asked, “Are you okay?” She replied, “I’m fine, just a bit of a mess.” Then she handed me a bag that also had blood on it. I can't believe I paid for this experience!
Not the best dining experience. We went through the drive-thru, and the woman serving us cut me off, making it impossible for me to finish my order. When I reached the window and tried to add to my order, she responded, "You must be kidding me!"
The woman who was working the drive thru tonight has some serious anger issues!! Asking for tarter sauce should not be met with yelling and slamming the drive thru window. She needs customer service skills PRONTO!!
