Cottage Inn Pizza Waterford

Fantastic personal and tasty perfectly prepared pizza delivered quickly every time! refreshing to know, there are still small entrepreneurs out there who appreciate their customers and strive to deliver a quality product. ?

The customer service of this store has gone down completely. Vanessa the manager took my pick up order over the phone but when I arrived to pick up the order, the salad was not prepared. Instead of an apology the entire team in the store tonight looked at me as if it wasn’t a “big deal” that the order that was placed almost an hour ago was not complete. If that wasn’t enough she began to walk away and tell me to “have a good night” which was very dismissive since I was still talking! They are disrespectful and maybe the owner should think about who they put in management.

I got a couple pizzas from this location now, and maybe it's because I'm a few beers deep or completely starved after playing hockey, but this pizza is consistently fantastic. Bringing a couple pies back to the arena and sharing them with teammates, everyone was more than impressed. I'll definitely be back highly recommended. Seems to be one of the only pizza places in Waterford open until 10:00 p.m. on a weekday, if they were open even later we would support them considerably more.

Delicious pizza's We did 2 large pizzas, One cheese for the granddaughter, And one delux.. Great Service!!
