Jersey Mike's Subs - Waterford

When we were craving our hometown favorites after moving from the Philadelphia area to Michigan, we decided to give Jersey Mike's a try. As soon as we took our first bite, we were transported back to the flavors of Philly.

"The best subs! Mike is no longer there, but the turkey sub is delicious. I'm not a fan of turkey, but I still enjoyed it. The Italian sub is also really tasty. The customer service is excellent!"

After my visit today, I felt compelled to leave this review. I stopped by at 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was packed, with a line out the door the entire time I was there. Despite the busy lunch rush, the staff were all incredibly polite and efficient. As someone who has worked in the food service industry, I understand the pressure of a busy shift, but every worker was professional and attentive to the customers. I have never had such a positive experience when in a hurry. Excellent service.

Fast and delicious sub. I would have given a 5 stars, but my order must be repeated three times. the gale that made the subs was far ahead of itself with the customer before himself and always forget what I ordered.
