Papa Johns Pizza - Waterford

Was told my pizzas would be ready in 10 minutes when I called in my order.....waiting....waiting....waiting.....almost 45 minutes later because they accidentally messed up my pizza in the making) is when I received my order....I was pretty upsetthat the entire time I 'm waiting every man in there was just chatting away with cell phones in their hands so guess whatever wason the phone was more important than a happy customer. *Won 't be going back there*

Don?t go here. Messed up our first pizza completely. Was crumpled like paper. Picture below is the second pizza that was delivered in place. Half of its clearly ruined. Instead of apologizing or helping with a discount they hung up on three of usand the manager called one other from my party to deliver a nasty message. Don?t come unless you expect bad customer service andrude owners. Spread the word and make sure you don?t waste time here. Will never go again. No discounts or refunds given. Ownercalled himself to say he won?t help or send another one. Instead called and said since the box was open in front of the driverand we complained that it was ruined we couldn?t have another

I ordered Buffalo sauce as the base and they put red sauce... not a Buffalo chicken pizza

The garlic parm Breadsticks were burnt. everything else was delicious

The service at this Papa John's is outstanding, and the food looks delicious. I highly recommend it!
