Farmer Brown's Steak House - Waterloo

We were in the party room. Server was efficient and friendly. Prime rib was wonderful. Could use a little updating. Looks old and worn but still worth the drive!

We had the fried chicken it was extremely good. Well seasoned. The only thing that bothered me it was too done too crispy almost burnt. Had to tare it off which annoyed me because that's my favorite part. Otherwise very good.

Lunch and dinner are both great. Service is special every time! The atmosphere reminds me of being a kid again with the old steakhouse vibe.

My husband, one of the pickiest eaters who never raves about a meal) said it was the best prime rib he's ever eaten. My aunt loves coming out here for the fried chicken. I not only loved the food, but since the portions are so large, I appreciated the options for sharing $5 to split a plate, $10 if you want all your own sides). Come early because they fill up fast. Wheelchair accessibility: Great! Didn't check the bathrooms though...
