East Side Mario's - Waterloo

I ordered the chicken parm bites as I had them in the restaurant and they were delicious. I received maybe half a portion (5 bites) with fries to make up for it??? They also came dry with no sauce and no sauce on side which is like half of what makes it what it is.

Family Portion for delibery is more like to a family of two and most definitely not as tasty as in the store !! Very dissatisfied !!

We ordered meatballs with 2 if our dishes and did not get them.

Would like it better if the noodles have a harder texture. Like the bread the best out of everything, perfect taste and texture.

Bruschetta was anything but. Taste wasnt even remotely close to what Bruschetta is like. Sweet and saugy and otherwise bland topped with arugula for almost $16. Way overpriced and very misleading. Pasta was great....which earned the 2 stars.
