Bidra med feedbackThe staff here are really great but the problem is that anytime I order food it taste like old grease. There is something in the fryer that is making all of the food taste gross. This is the third time I’ve gotten food over the last month and wasn’t able to eat it. I’ve tried calling to get someone’s number to explain this but I can never get through to anyone.
Jake is the best employee at this restaurant. He always greets everyone with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place just to meet Jake – he's a really cool guy! 10/10!
I've had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin' location. I've visited many Dunkin' spots in my town, but this one ranks as the worst. They frequently forget items, are slow, and the staff can be quite rude. When I ordered a black hot coffee, I was informed that there would be a wait, which I understood due to staffing issues and a broken oven. However, when I mentioned that I had an on-the-go order, the guy's response was dismissive, saying the broken oven "doesn't care about that." Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
My favorite Dunkin' Donuts! The staff is amazing—always nice and polite. They go above and beyond for their customers, even when it gets busy. The employees truly care about their customers, and I don’t mind waiting a little longer because of that!
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Not because I love their coffee and donuts but because no one was taking orders and customers waited for someone to come over the speaker. That never happened and there was no way to get out of the godforsaken line. I stopped at the window to ask them to put a sign on the speaker since I can only assume it’s broken. The employees then saw me at the window and ignored me. A lady inside was also being ignored. This was at the Coffeen St location at 9:00am on 6/5/2021 if management would like to do something. I then treated myself to Starbucks.
