Bidra med feedbackWe ordered two whole salads, but we received a half salad at best. This was supposed to be Asian Sesame Chicken, but it didn't have the usual greens associated with that dish. We also had to ask for an item that we ordered but didn't receive. This Panera location is very inconsistent.
The food was excellent, but the atmosphere was quite confusing. There were lines for drinks, lines to place orders, and lines to pick up orders, which made things feel disorganized. I would have liked to grab some bagels to go, but I wasn't sure where to go or which line to join.
I spent a considerable amount on a rather average chicken sandwich and a bag of chips. Lunch for three came to nearly $50. While prices have increased everywhere, this felt a bit excessive. The restaurant was quite crowded, and many of the available tables were dirty. Overall, it wasn't my best experience at Panera Bread.
Order the pick 2 and got the 1/2 Asian Crunch Chicken Salad and 1/2 Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich. Some of the lettuce was showing signs of wilting and all the chicken was either gristle or fat and inedible. The sandwich had very little sauce, thechicken was extremely dry and the bread was stale. I won't be going back
Panera Bread fraudulently charged my credit card a day after my purchase was declined by the store. After calling and being told a manager would speak to me, no one called so I had to drive to the place where Rachel and Hope (shift managers) did little tohelp and the general manager did nothing. Called corporate where i am STILL fighting a fraud charge from this panera. Do not gohere! They do not care and will possibly take your credit card and charge it as well. I recommend everyone check theirs!
